We book by the week, beginning on Saturday or Sunday.  Exceptions may be made, so feel free to inquire.  Our weekly rates are as follows:

High season (July 1- September 5):

Both units – $2,500 + HST

One unit – $1,500 + HST (Note: we give priority to full house bookings during this time, but if availability permits, we will rent one unit).

Off season (June, September)**

Both units – $2,000 + HST

One unit – $1,100 + HST

 **We may accept bookings in the off-season, but there is a chance we will be doing work on the property at this time.  Please inquire and we will let you know if we have availability.
